Andrea Peterson serves as Operations
Manager of Hart Advisors Group, L.L.C., a real estate advisory
firm established in 2008 specializing in commercial loan restructures,
CMBS loan assumptions and equity portfolio management for commercial
real estate loans and assets.
Prior to joining Hart Advisors Group, Andrea served as Operations
& Events Manager of RBC Capital Markets' Real Estate Mortgage
Capital business, which provided financing for commercial
real estate across the United States. In this role, she was
responsible for the day-to-day business operations of five
regional offices. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating
Officer and business unit Managing Director, Andrea assisted
in building and developing the business infrastructure, managing
the build-out and set-up of regional offices and technology
infrastructure, training and developing employees and vendors
for successful business policies and procedures, and crafting
and coordinating client events contributing to over $2.3 billion
in volume within the first year of launch.
Before joining RBC Capital Markets, Andrea was the Events
Manager of Marketing for the North America Lending division
of GE Real Estate. In this role, she crafted and managed over
200 annual client events across 6 lending regions and coordinated
annual sales training conferences for 600+ GE employees, resulting
in a $7 billion per-year national lending platform. Prior
experience at GE included serving as lead Administrative &
Events Coordinator for the North America Equity Joint Venture
team, coordinating administrative and human resource responsibilities,
client relations and events, and employee development and
training.
Andrea's experience includes serving as Office Manager for
several independent business owners in the financial services
industry, managing everyday operations and administrative
duties. Earlier as Personal Executive Assistant to Robert
S. Folsom, (former Mayor of Dallas, Texas, and prominent real
estate developer), she managed private assets and investments
including a thoroughbred breeding and training program and
personal banking relationships.
Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from
LeTourneau University and is presently working toward a Master's
Degree in Tourism Administration/Events & Meetings Management
through The George Washington University. She is an active member
in her local chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI).
She served as the Area Coordinator for Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS)
for the states of Texas, Louisiana and New Mexico from 2000 through 2004,
and presently serves in a mentorship role for a local group. She has also
held both a Notary Public and Texas Real Estate License. |
